Heucera Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Mortgage Insights (the "App") on your personal device for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms of Service.
This license does not permit you to:

Mortgage Insights PRO offers a 7-day free trial. Your trial begins when you initiate the trial period from within the App. After the trial period ends, your subscription will auto-renew at the selected billing frequency (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the trial ends.
PRO subscriptions automatically renew:
Your payment method will be charged the subscription price plus any applicable taxes. As we do not collect your email address (see our Privacy Policy), renewal reminders are handled directly by Apple or Google, in accordance with their respective App Store and Play Store policies, using the contact details on your App Store or Google Play account.
Pricing for subscriptions is displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Prices may change with notice, but changes will not apply to active subscriptions.
You may cancel your subscription and auto-renewal at any time by:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to PRO features through the end of the current billing period.
Refund eligibility follows the policies of your device's app store:
Refund requests are handled directly by the app store, not by Heucera Ltd.
If available, a one-time Lifetime purchase grants permanent access to PRO features. This is a non-recurring purchase with no auto-renewal.

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Heucera Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Heucera Ltd is not liable for any financial decisions you make based on calculations, projections, or information provided by the App. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the App.
While we strive for accuracy, Heucera Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of calculations. We are not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the App.
Heucera Ltd is not liable for data loss, corruption, or recovery issues resulting from device damage, loss, or malfunction. All data is stored locally on your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Heucera Ltd's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms, the App, or its use shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €5 if you paid nothing).
Heucera Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

All your mortgage data and calculations are stored locally on your device using SQLite. No data is transmitted to Heucera Ltd or any third-party servers.
Deleting the App from your device will permanently remove all locally stored data. Heucera Ltd does not retain copies of your data.
Subscription information (purchase history, entitlements) is handled by RevenueCat, an anonymous subscription infrastructure provider. RevenueCat does not receive your mortgage data. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
Heucera Ltd may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately and without notice if you violate any term of this agreement or engage in conduct that Heucera Ltd deems harmful, illegal, or inappropriate.

Heucera Ltd may update these Terms of Service at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date.
Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using the App.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be exclusively submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
